Return Policy

30-day, hassle-free returns.

We want you to love what you buy. If you don't, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return most items for a full refund.

What can be returned

  • Unused, unopened products in original packaging
  • Lightly used skincare or haircare if you experienced irritation (subject to review)
  • Defective or damaged items (please send a photo)
  • Wrong items shipped (we cover return shipping)

What cannot be returned

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Used cosmetics or fragrances opened beyond a reasonable trial
  • Final-sale or clearance items (clearly marked)
  • Gift cards

How to start a return

  1. Email returns@easyshoppingmart.us with your order number and the items you want to return.
  2. We'll send a prepaid return label within 1 business day.
  3. Pack items securely and drop the package at any USPS location.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return (3–5 business days), we'll issue your refund to the original payment method.

Refunds

Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days after we process your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We don't process direct exchanges. Return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
